During our two weeks together, the students work together in groups of about 10-15, supervised by a director and stage manager to write, rehearse, and design a 10-minute musical which includes an original song. At the end of camp all the students come together for a huge showcase of all their musicals. In 2023, SSMTI had 80 students attending camp everyday and each year we continue to grow.

    • Acting, where they will work on developing their acting skills and eventually be rehearsing their musicals.
    • And, For Your Play, where they will learn skills like stage presence and stage combat to become more well-rounded and skilled performers.

Students take a lunch break in the middle of the day and head out for parent pick up at 4:00.
